Hez Parfums was founded by artisan perfumer Hez Binkowitz, who set out to capture the captivating spirit of New Orleans in a bottle. Raised in the Big Easy, Hez has always been enchanted by the sights, sounds, and smells of his beloved hometown. After training for years, Hez dreamed of one day opening his own perfumery and dedicating to his hometown of New Orleans.

"New Orleans has its own magical smell - a blend of romance, history, celebration, gardenia, magnolia and more," says Hez. "I wanted to translate that into a signature fragrance collection that would transport people back to the French Quarter with just one spritz."

And transport them it does! Each Hez Parfums fragrance tells a sensory story of New Orleans, from the sultry jazz clubs and vibrant street parades to the charming antebellum mansions and lush gardens. They capture the very essence of this captivating southern city.

Hez sources only the finest ingredients from around the world to create his complex yet smooth compositions - rare spices and resins, precious woods and flowers. "Quality and authenticity are everything," he says. "I take my inspiration directly from my surroundings in New Orleans, then search globally for the perfect notes to recreate those sights and smells."
